- Collaborate with the Service Development and Product Management team to define, design, and implement end-to-end business and technical requirements in alignment with our compliance processes for our products and services.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI-services with regard to compliance requirements, including digital ethics and data protection aspects
- Identify and assess risks associated with AI applications in the compliance context, taking into account requirements regarding information security and data protection
- Work closely with other departments to promote and implement best practices regarding AI compliance, particularly in the area of data governance
- Assist in process, task and project management
- Contribute to product documentation, training materials, and knowledge sharing within the team, department, and company.
Deine Stärken
- Completed Bachelor's degree with outstanding grades
- Proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Outstanding analytical skills, capability for critical-thinking and the ability to learn fast and process complex information
- Basic understanding of machine learning and generative artificial intelligence and its implications regarding risk, security and legal aspects
- Previous internship experience in industry within a related field or in consulting
- Experience in a project leadership role (academic, professional, or extracurricular)
- Ideally experience in the field of compliance, data Governance or information security
- Ideally Experience in a corporation working with senior management
- Technical affinity, ideally coding experience
- Fluent English and German communication skills, both written and verbal
