What you will do to help drive energy transition:

You will lead, motivate, assess and develop subordinate employees in the area of responsibility.
You will work with the HR department to make decisions about individual personnel actions.
You will supervise and support the new growth partnerships, increasing revenue and brand positioning.
You will contribute to sharpen the current ongoing "go to market” strategy efforts.
You will proactively manage the escalated issues including but not limited to after sales, technical support, marketing, customers, or processes.
You will build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders to coordinate the execution of new product launches (hardware & software), market entries, and services.
You will prepare relevant documents for internal communication and reporting.
You will manage the prospecting and scoping of M&A/joint ventures possibilities.
You will lead marketing activities in respective markets to drive brand awareness and increase the lead generation activities.
What you will need on that journey:
You have around 6 years of professional experience (within sales and/or Business Development).
You have successfully completed university studies.
You have high technical understanding.
Ideally you have knowledge of the energy industry.
You have a high technical understanding and entrepreneurial thinking.
You are willing to travel.
You speak fluent English, and adittional German language is a benefit.
