Your Role
As a Process Engineer you will support the Operations Team for topics related to quality performance, projects and reporting.Your Responsibilities
- Prepares Standard Working Procedures
- Planning and perform follow up training to the full staff and related to Standard Working Procedures
- Updates reports and performance indicators, periodically

Support the Team to develop small and medium projects focused on process improvement issues
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor/Master Degree preferably in Management Engineering or related field
- Experience with fast paced work environments where analytical skills, ability to identify root causes of problems, predict problems by examining situations with a metric-based approach are considered crucial
- Expertise with Automotive, Aerospace, or FMCG is considered an advantage
- Proficiency in Office 365 is a must, experience (1 year+) Project Management and Reporting tools is a plus
- Intermediate level of English (B1.2, B2)
- Ability to work in team with a proactive approach to problem solving
