Responsibilities:
• Attend client meetings.
• Assist the PMO Lead in the drafting of project management plan.
• Maintain the project management plan.
• Compile project status reports and coordinate project schedules.
• Record and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Track the progress and quality of work being performed by project team.
• Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented accurately.
• Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.
• Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others.
• Keep the Delivery Management and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
• Experience is handling internal and external quality audits for It projects.
• Understanding and analysing project financial health through quarterly reports.
• Understanding and demonstrated skills to manage revenue and volume estimates.

Qualifications Required:

• Strong excel, reporting and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience in attending and presenting to customers.
• Proven experience supporting Project Managers in the delivery of development projects.
• Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel
• High Initiative
• Ability to thrive in chaos.
