- Personal and professional management of a team of 8 employees
- Continuous development of the digital accounting strategy in line with new technologies and best practices
- Implementation of new processes, streamlining of current processes
- Preparation of annual financial statements and preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements in accordance with HGB
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and GOB guidelines in accordance with HGB
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns in accordance with the statutory provisions for Germany, Switzerland and the OSS procedure
- Fulfillment of reporting obligations in the area of statistical reporting in foreign trade
- Responsible for carrying out the inventory valuation
- Training employees in the use of new technologies and processes
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or completed studies with a focus on finance
- Several years of experience in financial accounting, ideally in a managerial position
- Experience in the implementation and realization of digital accounting processes
- Confident handling of common accounting software, experience with DATEV an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Independent and structured way of working
