Your tasks
- Professional and disciplinary management of a hardware development team
- Responsibility for the further education and qualification of your employees
- Planning and coordination of development projects involving other development laboratories and locations
- Definition of products taking into account the market environment and involving other stakeholders
- Monitoring and responsibility for various project components such as costs and deadlines
- Observing the competitive environment and reacting to changes

Your qualifications
- Completed degree in electrical engineering with a focus on high-frequency technology or telecommunications engineering
- Good knowledge in the area of analog and digital circuit technology and telecommunications system theory
- Several years of experience in hardware development for network analyzers and leading larger hardware projects technically/professionally and/or disciplinarily
- Qualified professional experience in the field of measurement technology or related industries
- Knowledge of device applications and customer expectations
- Ability to motivate and lead a team confidently
- Strong presence, assertiveness, and communication skills
- Strong intercultural competence and very good English and German language skills in speech and writing
