Service Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilities
Assessing the security of production systems Providing technical advice to our customers Managing security projects in the automation sector (production facilities) Developing technical details, cost estimates, and performance descriptions for proposals Integrating security solutions in an industrial setting Supporting existing systems, both remotely and on-site for national and international clients Traveling approximately 25 percent of the time, with 60-70 percent within Germany Advancing our cyber security solutions and services Monitoring networks and systems Interest in collaborative development
Qualifications for the role
- Successful completion of vocational training or a degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Initial professional experience in an IT company or a relevant IT or OT (Operational Technology) domain
- Advanced knowledge in Windows operating systems, IT security, network technology, and virtualization
- Familiarity with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
- Knowledge of common security norms and standards
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken, and good proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Flexibility in handling customer inquiries and issues
- Experience in the automation field is advantageous
