Job Description
As a data scientist (m/f/d/-) at formigas, you are part of our co_labs and work with data from a wide range of industries. You explore advanced algorithms and build initial prototypes, especially in the areas of machine learning, computer vision and natural language processing.
We are formigas, a studio for digital innovation from Konstanz on Lake Constance. We help companies shape technological change and take control of their future. For our customers we work with challenging technologies such as computer vision, AI and robotics in the early phase of digital innovation projects.
How you can support us as a data scientist
With your many years of experience in the area between data science and data engineering, you will evaluate in our co_labs in the form of prototypes which algorithmic approach suits our customers' data and use cases. You will draw on your expertise in the areas of machine learning, computer vision and natural language processing.
You also feel comfortable outside of Jupyter Notebooks and can integrate your models and algorithms into a product with software developers, experience designers and innovation strategists.
Are you enthusiastic about other topics and technologies and are you ready to learn new things? You have knowledge of other subject areas such as: B. Embedded systems or sensors? All the better! You will help build our internal AI community and play a significant role in shaping this growing area of our crew.
What else is important
For our projects, you need this or a similar tech stack: Python, Scikit-learn, pandas and NumPy, Tensorflow or PyTorch.
Our company language is German, so you need very good knowledge of German (C1). And since we switch to English every now and then, you also need a good knowledge of English.

As a Data Scientist (f/m/d/-) we offer you an annual gross salary of €55k - €73k. We will calculate your individual basic salary together with you right at the beginning of the application process.
