PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION
To design the future of sport through market-right products for the world’s biggest clubs as part of an international apparel design team, in cooperation with marketing and development for BU Football.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create groundbreaking graphics that bring to life our apparel vision for the season.
- Collaborate with Design colleagues to create 'the new'.
- Define the balance between sport, fashion and culture through creative design solutions.
- I mplement the creative vision into consumer-relevant product ranges.
- Self-manage own creative process and execute towards given directions.
- Execute design work according to the visual language of adidas, as well as given Corporate Identity guidelines according to legal guidance.
- Verbally present product ideas and details with clarity.
- Ensure efficient process and communication flow between design, marketing and development for all issues regarding the designed ranges and products.
- Ensure proper handover of tech packs into development.
- Visualize your designs using 3D tools.

- Strong Graphic Design skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, Clo3D, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of fashion design/industrial product or industrial design.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of product development, material and trims for assigned product range along with techpack experience.
- High level of creativity.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- 3D Programs would be a plus (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.)
- Bachelor degree (B.A.) from a college or university, major Design or industrial product enginering or equivalent experience in graphic/apparel design
- 3 years of practical experience in design environment (Footwear/ Apparel/ Accessories - or industrial design, fashion design or similar design related areas)
