We seek for '’Service Technician'' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Service Solutions in our Grid Integration Service Unit with below qualifications:
Your responsibilities
Delivering outstanding and professional service, remotely or on-site, in key categories, e.g. installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, advanced services, extensions, upgrades and retrofits, end-of-life services and replacements
Contributes to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation. Maintains a good relationship with customers. Identifies new sales opportunities and communicates them internally
Coordinating logistics of resources and spare parts for all site Service jobs
Perform tasks requiring the ability to read and work from applicable electrical and mechanical drawings, and/or instruction and technical manuals
Perform applicable internal work such as bushing connections, lead clearance, tapping, crimping, taping, contoured joints, etc.
Identifying and developing potential sales and business opportunities based on knowledge of customers and collaboration across Hitachi Energy
Suggesting product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service
Repair, re-gasket, assemble and disassemble equipment as directed. With direction, perform activities requiring use of all applicable mechanical hand tools
Provides recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service

Your background
Minimum of 2 years experience, preferably in Service Business , Project and Site Management
Having knowledge and experience about system measurement & analysis, diagnostic & troubleshooting features
Fluent in German
Being self-motivated and self-organized. Open mindedness and strong interpersonal skills.
No restriction for travelling (domestic)
Having a valid driving license.

This position offers a minimum base salary according to the CBA (employees in the electrical industry) starting at EUR 3.024,27 gross per month. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we are open to negotiating a higher salary than the amount set forth in the CBA.
