Du konzipierst und entwickelst innovative, „cutting-edge” Video Content und kannst diesen in hochwertigen Präsentationen und Pitch Decks abbilden. Deine Aufgaben

• Du übernimmst und führst Projekte und Pitches durch
• Du entwickelst Kampagnen, Branded Channels und Video-Formate für Marken, Plattformen und Broadcaster
• Du erstellst Präsentationen und Pitch Decks in hochwertiger Qualität
• Du präsentatierst die Ideen vor Kund:innen
• Die Verknüpfung und Ausrichtung von Ideen mit relevanten Plattformen (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, VoD-Plattformen) liegt in deiner Hand
• Du arbeitest eng zusammen mit Kolleg:innen der internen Abteilungen wie Brand Partnerships, Produktion, Strategie, Design und Talent Management

Dein Profil

• Du bringst 2-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Konzeption, Formatentwicklung oder Video-Content mit
• Du hast Erfahrung und ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen und Pitch Decks (Keynote, PowerPoint)
• Du hast hohe Erfahrungswerte im Bereich der Social Media-Plattformen (z. B. YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
• Du interessierst Dich und hast ein gutes Gespür für Influencer:innen
• Du hast einausgeprägtes Verständnis im Creative Writing für Ideen und Konzepte, die Du in deiner Berufserfahrung stetig weitereinwickelst

Does We Are Era support mobile working?

We want you to be able to organize your job as flexible as possible. For the concrete planning, our teams coordinate individually. In general, however, we go into the office two days a week if possible. Additionally, we offer that every employee can work from any We Are Era location from time to time.
