You will be working as Sales Support - Pricing Manager and reporting to Sales Manager and will be part of Motion Business for Drive Products division, based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of pricing strategies for the relevant division or business unit or product group, to maximize profit and market share, while ensuring customer satisfaction with ABB. Following a robust pricing infrastructure and pricing policies to deliver measurable results.

Your responsibilities

  • Achieving the sales targets drive products with profitability and responsible for the pricing support to sales team and partners
  • Working together with market manager, product sales managers for business growth and key data management for drive products (SAP / BIW /Atlas reports)
  • Leading efforts within organisation to respond quickly and effectively to business opportunities and driving business growth with channel partners with proper business planning & intime support
  • Tracking of SFDC major opportunities and regular follow-up with FES
  • Co-ordinating with service team for warranty and after sales support as needed and interacting regularly with channel partner sales engineer to drive them to meet commitment
  • Regularly giving update on business done product line wise and market wise and preparing monthly MIS and submit to stake holders
  • Systematically tracking the key projects and customer activity

Your background

  • Degree in BE/ B.Tech or Diploma
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in relevant field
  • Experience in Drive distribution market
  • Good knowledge on the Drives & Automation is preferred
  • Aggressive and result oriented, should know to sell volumes and values
  • Must have good communication skills
